Refund policy
For refunds and exchanges, please notify us by email within 7 days of receiving your artwork or fine art print order. Goods must then be returned within 30 days of your delivery. Once the goods have been accepted back into stock, we will issue you with your exchange or refund. Returns can take up to 10 working days to process, and a further time for the refund to appear in your original method of payment.
Goods must be returned in the manner in which they were sent to you. If you are unable to use the original packaging, please ensure that all packaging used for returning your items is of a suitable standard to prevent damage to the goods. I will not be able to refund goods that are returned in an unsatisfactory condition. It is your responsibility to ensure that they are not damaged during transit with your chosen courier.
You will need to cover the cost of postage for returns; however, if your product is faulty, I will refund the postage cost. In this unlikely event, please enclose a copy of the postage receipt so I can allocate the refund. I recommend using an insured signed for service, as the goods remain under your responsibility until they are returned to me.

Deliveries are insured, tracked, and signed for, and payment is made by the customer.
​If the customer encounters any issues with the order, they should contact me first, and I will do my best to help resolve the issue.

In the case of a Commission, in the unlikely event that all possible alterations have been made and the client remains unsatisfied, they are not obligated to purchase, and the remaining balance after the deposit is not due. The deposit would be retained to cover administration costs and materials used.
In the unlikely event that, once received, the artwork needs to be returned for alterations, the customer must cover the associated shipping costs both ways.

I package my artwork as safely and thoroughly as possible. However, in the unlikely event that damage to the artwork occurs during transit, the recipient must immediately send a photo of the damaged artwork and the original packaging to assist with a claim against the courier.
If the damage to the artwork can be rectified, then I will require the work to be returned to me, where I will correct the damage and ship the work back to you at no extra cost. If the artwork is damaged beyond repair, then I will draw you a replacement at no extra cost. However, there may be a wait depending on my workload at the time.
