"Sunrise Hope"

First post of 2021, and I thought I could share the first ever painting I made about the natural world.

It’s an oil, acrylic and gold leaf on canvas, cm 36x46, 2019. Private collection.

This work has a particular value to me, it was the expression of a profound change in my life (my daughter😍) and the beginning of something New. And I hope this year will be a year of new Beginnings, new opportunities and fresh starts for all of us.

I still love the sense of balance, of tranquillity, of companionship this painting gives me. As soon as I saw them, I immediately loved the delicate figures and the brightly plumaged of these beautiful birds.

I don't know what this year will bring us, but I have lots of plans and ideas to realise ( probably too many 😂) like the launch of limited art giclee prints of my works ( so excited!🤗😆😬).

And you? Did you make plans yet? What are your aspirations for 2021?

Have a lovely start and weekend, everyone!

Lots of love❤
